Wolverhampton Wanderers are interested in signing Liverpool youngster Harry Wilson this summer.
That’s according to Football Insider, who report that Wolves have been impressed by Wilson’s performances while on loan at Championship Derby this season and are weighing up a bid.
Liverpool are said to have slapped a £25m price-tag on the 22-year-old, who is the Rams top scorer this term with 18 goals, many of which have been spectacular strikes.
Wilson’s chances of playing regular football at Anfield are slim at the moment, meaning it is highly likely he will either be sold or sent on loan again this summer.
And after they finished 7th in the Premier League this season, Wolves would no doubt be an attractive proposition for a player of the midfielder’s calibre.
But first he has the small matter of Derby’s play-off final clash with Aston Villa at Wembley to worry about.
