After nearly two decades at Wolves, centre-back Ethan Ebanks-Landell will finally be taking his talents elsewhere.

On Wednesday, League One side Shrewsbury Town announced they have signed the player until 2022.

The 26-year-old, who joined the club as a youth player in 2001, made 50 appearances at Wolves, scoring five goals.

However, he hasn’t played for the club since 2016 and bounced around several times on loan, making stops at Bury, Sheffield United, MK Dons, and most recently Rochdale.

Ebanks-Landell’s contract was set to expire next summer, so the fee is not expected to be very substantial.
