Aleksandar Mitrovic will need to leave relegated Fulham this summer so they can build a solid Championship side.
West Ham and Everton have been reportedly interested in the 24-year-old and, according to the London Evening Standard, clubs must pay a whopping £30m if they are to acquire his services.
Mitrovic was a rare bright spot for Fulham this season, scoring 11 goals in 37 appearances for the recently-relegated side.
West Ham have prioritised signing West Brom striker Salomon Rondon this summer, who featured at Newcastle on loan this past season.
Rondon would be a considerably more affordable option and has a £16.5m release clause.
Everton are in need of a striker as they are prepared to let Cenk Tosun go out on loan.
