Following the news that Paris Saint-Germain’s Champions League clash with Borussia Dortmund will be played behind closed doors on Wednesday, two Europa League fixtures will also follow suit.

Wolverhampton Wanderers’ trip to Olympiacos will be one of the matches affected, along with Sevilla’s meeting with Roma at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium.

The move is the latest measure aimed at preventing the spread of the coronavirus.

Earlier on Monday, Italy’s Olympic Committee recommended that all sporting events in the country be suspended until 3 April.

In France, Ligue 1 games are now required to be played behind closed doors or with a limit of 1,000 fans until 15 April.

And Fifa have confirmed the AFC qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup, which were scheduled to take place in the international windows of March 23-31 and June 1-9, have been postponed.
