Tottenham are reportedly set to reduce their wage bill dramatically with the departure of striker Fernando Llorente.

Llorente – who earns around £100,000-a-week – is out of contract and expected to leave the club on a free transfer.

According to Independent Sport, Spurs had an option to extend his stay by a further year but opted against doing so.
