According to El Desmarque, the 27-year-old has a €30m release clause and is also attracting interest from North London rivals Arsenal.

Alderweireld has been a crucial component behind Spurs’ recent success but looks certain to leave the club this summer.

Due to a clause in his contract, the Belgian will be available for €25m this summer (provided that his transfer is completed at least 14 days fore the close of the transfer window).

Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United are likeliest to compete for his signature.
