Tammy Abraham has noted the similarities between Chelsea and Ajax ahead of their Champions League meeting this week.
The Blues take on their Eredivisie rivals at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday with the Dutch outfit looking to further consolidate their place at the top of Group H.
Frank Lampard’s side have dramatically lowered their average age this season, and are trying to play a similar all-action style to the Amsterdam outfit.
And Abraham has admitted that it should be a thrilling game between two attacking teams.
“We know it’s a massive game for us,” Abraham told Chelsea’s official website.
“Massive, massive. Ajax are like us, they have a lot of young players who like to keep the ball and play good football. Off the ball as well they like to win it back quickly.
“We know it’s not going to be easy, but I believe in myself and my team that we can hopefully get a result there.
“We got ourselves back on track in Lille. It’s not an easy place to go to, we dug deep and got that win. Who says we can’t do the same at Ajax?”
