Stoke City have officially confirmed Michael O’Neill as their new manager.
O’Neill replaces Nathan Jones who was relieved on his duties on November 1, with the club rock bottom of the Championship.
The 50-year-old has been in charge of Northern Ireland since 2011 and lead them to European Championship in 2016.
It’s understood that O’Neill will take charge of his country’s final two Euro 2020 qualifiers against the Netherlands and Germany on November 16 and 19, before moving to Stoke on a full-time basis.
