Mkhitaryan can be one of Premier League's best, insists Arsenal star

Henrikh Mkhitaryan can be one of the best players in the Premier League, according to Arsenal new boy Sokratis.

The duo played together with Borussia Dortmund and have now been reunited at the Emirates follow the Greek centre-back’s summer arrival.

Mkhitaryan, who joined the Gunners from Manchester United in January, has struggled for form in England but Sokratis is confident the Armenia international can replicate the impressive displays he showed in Germany.

“With the ball, without the ball, how he works for the team,” he said. “When he creates, when he returns with the team … it’s just amazing.

“What he showed in his last year in Dortmund, he was one of the best in the Bundesliga. I think he can also be one of the best here in the Premier League.”
