Maurizio Sarri has accused Bayern Munich of “lacking respect” over their pursuit of Callum Hudson-Odoi.

The German champions have been extremely public in their courting of the Blues teenager since the start of the window.

Bayern have made four separate bids for the wide man – each rejected by Chelsea.

And earlier this week sporting director Hasan Salihamidžić went on the record to state how much they wanted to sign Hudson-Odoi this month.

But now the Blues boss has hit back, insisting that Bayern have “not been professional” in their dealings with the west London outfit so far.

“I think it is not professional. They are talking about a player under contract with Chelsea, so they didn’t respect our club I think. I am very happy with the player, he is improving a lot.

“He needs to move in some moments without the ball. I would like to have him in the future.’

Sarri was speaking ahead of Chelsea’s game with Newcastle in the Premier League this Saturday.
