San Jose Earthquakes added some experience between the posts overnight as they confirmed the arrival of 34-year-old Daniel Vega.
The veteran Argentinian has spent the past three seasons in the USA – first with Miami FC and last term with the Tampa Bay Rowdies.

Vega is perhaps most famous for his five year stint at River Plate between 2007 and 2012 where he won one Clausura.
Last season the Earthquakes finished bottom of the Western Conference.
