Chelsea defender Antonio Rüdiger has revealed how team-mate Callum Hudson-Odoi asked for his advice about life in Germany.
Hudson-Odoi has been the subject of four separate bids from Bayern Munich as they hope to prise another English talent to the Bundesliga.
A deal is yet to be completed, and Rüdiger hopes the teenager will stay at Stamford Bridge despite his curious questioning.
“He asked me about life in Germany,” he told the Evening Standard. “Callum is still young, I can advise him, but at the end of the day he decides his future.
“You can see it from both sides. He can develop here but he can develop in Germany as well – don’t forget Bayern Munich are a big club.
“For his future, I wish him all the best but of course I’m wishing he stays with us.”
The Blues offered Hudson-Odoi a five-year contract last summer but are still trying to convince him to sign it.
