Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley starts on his return to Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon.
The former Everton man lines up in midfield alongside Jorginho and N’Golo Kanté.
Barkley’s inclusion is one of seven changes made by Maurizio Sarri from the team that won 5-0 in Kiev on Thursday.
The entire front three has also been changed, with Eden Hazard, Gonzalo Higuaín and Pedro returning to the side.
Everton, who have won just one of their last eight home games in the Premier League, make just two changes from the team that lost 3-2 to Newcastle last weekend.
Yerry Mina and Seamus Coleman replace Kurt Zouma and Jonjoe Kenny in defence.
