Roma have been banned from the club’s next European away game after an attack on Liverpool supporter’s in last season’s Champions League semi-final.

A 53-year-old Reds fan is still in a critical condition after being viciously beaten up by a group of Giallorossi hooligans right outside Anfield.

And Uefa have confirmed that the Italian side have been fined €50,000 and have been prohibited from selling tickets to their own fans for the next away game in Europe.

Roma have qualified for next season’s Champions League, but are yet to find out who their opponents will be in next term’s group stages.
