Arsenal have confirmed that Rob Holding will miss nine months after rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament.
The 23-year-old was stretchered off during Wednesday’s 2-2 draw with Manchester United and will be out for between six-nine months.
The injury will come as a huge blow to Holding who was just beginning to establish himself as a Arsenal regular.
