Real Madrid are reportedly facing ‘complicated contract talks’ with long-serving defender Sergio Ramos.
Ramos’ current deal expires next summer and Los Blancos are yet to initiate fresh talks with their captain.
According to AS, Madrid only want to offer a one-year extension, with the 33-year-old instead demanding two years.
Bumpy negotiations are a familiar experience between these two parties, with Ramos threatening to join Manchester United in 2015 and an unnamed Chinese club again in 2019.
Madrid are said to be comfortable with the current situation and are in ‘no rush’ to reach a positive conclusion.
The Spain international has previously stated that he would like to see out his playing days at the club.
