Real Madrid are reportedly keeping tabs on Flamengo wonderkid Reinier Jesus.
The 17-year-old is yet to make a senior appearance for his club, but has captained Brazil at Under-17 level, scoring five goals in nine games.
According to AS, Reinier has a €50m release clause but Florentino Pérez will hope to reduce that figure.
Real and Flamengo are said to share a ‘positive relationship’ following negotiations for Vinícius Júnior last year.
Another advantage could be that Reinier idolises Zinedine Zidane, who currently sits in the Santiago Bernabéu dugout.
“I’m heavily inspired by [Zinedine] Zidane,” he told Globoesporte. “I’ve watched a lot of videos of him playing.
“I’m always trying to execute plays like he did.”
Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain are also tracking the teenager.
