Santiago Solari has claimed that his Real Madrid side “will fight until the end” to win this season’s LaLiga title.

After a horror start to the campaign under Julen Lopetegui, Los Blancos currently sit fifth in the table, five points behind leaders Barcelona.

Form has improved somewhat under their new boss and now face Huesca on Sunday in what, on paper, looks like a guaranteed three points.

The Argentine tactician though, has insisted that there are no easy games in the Primera Division.

“I have no doubt that the maximum will be demanded of us from the first minute,” Solari told reporters.

“We must have effort, be serious in defence and intense and aggressive in attack.

“I don’t think there’ll be a need to stir up motivation.

“We’re going to fight for the league title to the end.”

Solari was asked about his selection choices and about whether or not he has a set starting line-up.

“The line-ups vary according to the match,” the coach stated. “There are lots of things to consider, such as the situation, moments of form, injuries and decisions of the opponent.

“There are lots of factors. I don’t believe in having a fixed XI.”

Real Madrid face Huesca, CSKA Moscow and Rayo Vallecano before their trip to United Arab Emirates to defend their Club World Cup title.
