Life comes at you fast as a top football manager.

It was only a few weeks ago that Peter Bosz was being widely lauded for Borussia Dortmund’s excellent start to the season.

But Dortmund’s fortunes have reversed and Bosz is now in serious trouble.

The club’s 2-1 defeat to Stuttgart on Saturday means that they are now winless in their last five Bundesliga matches and sit in fifth place in the table.

Speculation is mounting that Bosz is set for the sack and according to Bild, the Dutchman has two games left to save his job.

Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke and sports director Michael Zorc have reportedly handed Bosz a two-game deadline to turn things around.

Unfortunately for Bosz, he faces two difficult opponents as Dortmund take on Tottenham in the Champions League on Tuesday before hosting Schalke in the Rivierderby on Saturday.

Given the nature of the opponents and Dortmund’s form, the odds will be against Bosz and if the report is true, he could well be out of a job by the end of next weekend.
