Goodbye then, Patrice Evra.
The former France international joined West Ham in February on a free transfer, with then manager David Moyes hoping that his experience and big-game mentality would rub off on his Hammers team-mates.
It didn’t quite work out like that.
The veteran left-back started just three games for the east London side, and as you can see – none of them went well.
Evra was told on Thursday evening that he would no longer be needed by new coach Manuel Pellegrini and is free to find another club.
I love this game.
