It truly is D-Day for the bigwigs at Paris Saint-Germain as well Neymar and Kylian Mbappé.

Later on Thursday the Ligue 1 giants are set to find out whether they were guilty of breaching Uefa’s Financial Fair Play rulings last summer, thanks to the astonishing signings of Neymar and Kylian Mbappé.

European football’s governing body has been investigating the French side since April, after a Financial Times report indicated that the club allegedly inflated sponsorship deals to help in their pursuits of the striking duo.

That ruling is due out later today, but a story from Spanish radio station Onda Cero has claimed that Thomas Tuchel’s side are worried that Uefa could come down hard on their transfer dealings and would force them to sell one of their star assets.

It’s believed that a potential transfer ban could be put in place and that the governing body would tell PSG to cut their debt by up to €250m – which would mean the sale of Neymar and Mbappé.

Real Madrid are believed to be watching the situation extremely closely and would be more than happy to take the Brazilian back to Spain.
