After getting promoted to the Premier League, Norwich is set to stockpile talent for the upcoming season.
According to the Daily Mail, the Canaries are willing to drop £12m for Leeds midfielder Kalvin Phillips.
Leeds, however, will likely be very wary of selling one of their better players right after just missing out on promotion.
Phillips featured in 46 matches in all competitions for the Lilywhites last season and the 23-year-old was one of Marcelo Bielsa’s best players on the pitch.
Bournemouth are also interested in Phillips, who can play either as a number six or as a centre-back.
Despite his young age, he’s already manage to play 141 games in all competitions.
