Bayern Munich have made one change for their trip to AEK Athens in Tuesday’s early Champions League clash.

The Bavarians are currently second in Group E having beaten Benfica on matchday one but then drawn at home to Ajax in the midst of their early season slump.

New boss Niko Kovač will be hoping their four-game winless streak is firmly behind them however, having beaten Wolfsburg 3-1 at the weekend.

And the German tactician has made just the one alteration from that XI for their match in Greece.

Rafinha comes in at left-back in place of David Alaba, after the Austrian failed to complete the training session on Monday.

It also means Jérôme Boateng will continue to take his place on the bench, with Mats Hummels and Niklas Süle at centre-back.

Javi Martínez sits at the base of midfield with James Rodríguez, Thiago Alcântara, Arjen Robben and Serge Gnabry in front of him.

Robert Lewandowski leads the line on his own.
