According to The Chronicle, Newcastle United are keen on the services of Hull City’s prolific winger, Jarrod Bowen.
Journalist Mark Douglas was asked about potential targets for Newcastle during the January window and The Chronicle man ave some insight.
”Jarrod Bowen of Hull City keeps getting mentioned to me, and he’s someone the club have been monitoring for a while. He ticks all the boxes: he’s young, talented and Newcastle can offer him first-team chances.”
In his final year of his current contract at Hull City, the time to make a move could be this January. However, Hull City does have the option to trigger a year-long extenssion should they find nessesary.
Bowen has started his campaign well as he has five goals and two assists to his name in all competitions already. The English winger has been one of the few bright prospects for the Tigers in the last few seasons. In the 2018-19 campaign, Bowen grabbed 22 goals in 46 appearances in the Championship.
