The youngster is a France U-20 international who has been captained by France at various youth levels.

N’Soki joined the academy of the French champions in 2014, and Rafa Benítez is ready to offer the youngster the chance to play first-team football in the Premier League.

The Magpies boss was not happy about his club’s lack of transfer activity after losing to Braga in a friendly this week.

So far, Newcastle have signed Martin Dubravka, Ki Sung-Yeung, Fabian Schar, and Yoshinori Muto.

Benítez is also keen to sign Kiernan Gibbs, however, the left-back seems to be too expensive.
