Late on Monday, reports started circulating which alleged Russian side Zenit St. Petersburg were considering a £9m bid for Celtic midfielder Tom Rogic.

However, Celtic boss Neil Lennon doesn’t seem to be too worried over the rumours.

“I haven’t heard anything and there have been no enquiries,” Lennon told The Daily Record.

“It’s just speculation at the moment, as far as I’m concerned.

“He is a good player and I want to keep all of my good players. He’s not fit yet, but, hopefully, he’ll join the group at some stage next week.”

Rogic has also been linked to a Premier League club after another quality season despite knee and ankle injuries that limited him to just 21 Premiership appearances.

The 26-year-old continues to recover and will not participate in Celtic’s Champions League first-round qualifying match against Bosnian side FK Sarajevo next week.
