Monday saw a flurry of players arrive at the Chivas medical facilities to undergo tests ahead of their impending moves.
After a successful loan spell at León, José Juan Macías returned today and is set to replace Alan Pulido as their star striker.
Meanwhile, Necaxa’s Cristian Calderón, Alexis Peña, and Jesús Angulo all arrived together at the clinic of Dr. Ramón Ortega to undergo their rigorous medical exams, all wearing Chivas gear.
Pachuca’s Víctor Guzmán is set to arrive tomorrow.
In total, Chivas are set to lock down a total of eight players so far this offseason.
In addition to Macías, Calderón, Peña, Angulo, and Guzmán, Uriel Antuna and José Madueña have been officially announced while ‘Gallito’ Vázquez is set to be announced sooner rather than later.
Also on Monday, Carlos Cisneros arrived at the Toluca medical facilities ahead of his move away from Chivas.
Cisneros has been battling constant injuries and has not featured since February.
