Aaron Ramsey and his representatives will fly out to Turin on January 17 with the Welsh midfielder set to sign a five-year contract with Juventus.

It was confirmed overnight that the 28-year-old had rejected advances from the likes of Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich to join the Serie A giants.

Massimiliano Allegri’s side will sign the free agent on a five-year, €40m deal with the Arsenal man joining up with his new team mates in July.

But now Sky Italia have confirmed that Ramsey and his representatives will fly to Italy next Thursday – the day after Juve have played AC Milan in the Italian Supercup.

He will then sign his contract at their training base before going back to London to prepare for the Gunners clash with Chelsea on January 19.

The deal will be confirmed that weekend but the player himself will not be officially presented to the fans until the summer.

The midfielder will reportedly become Juve’s second-highest paid player, behind Cristiano Ronaldo, with a salary of €40m (€155,000 per week) over the next five years in Turin.

Ramsey has spent a decade at Arsenal, winning three FA Cups.
