Liverpool have taken a 4-1 lead against West Ham United thanks to goals from Emre Can, Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mané.

The Reds started brightly and almost scored straight away. Firmino playing in Salah, who struck the inside of the post from the edge of the area.

But on 30 minutes the home team made their pressure pay with a goal.

A corner from Salah found the head of Emre Can who opened the scoring.

And the Egyptian was at it again on 50 minutes. A pass from Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain found the forward, who scored his 23rd Premier League goal of the season.

Firmino went on to score Liverpool’s third goal of the night by beating Adrián on a one-on-one chance after Emre Can’s through ball.

A couple of minutes later after the Brazilian international scored, Michail Antonio was able to take one back for West Ham.

Then Sadio Mané made it four after taking a pass from Firmino and stabbing the ball over West Ham keeper Adrián and straight into the roof of the net.
