Sunday night MLS action provides the game of the week for the third week in a row. What a time to be alive.
Buckle up for another full slate.
Sunday night figures to be a treat as Sporting Kansas City hosts the Columbus Crew in a battle of two of the better teams in the league.
We’ve been hyping up Columbus all season and with good reason – they usually dominate every match. While the Crew’s attacking fleet led by Gyasi Zardes has had no trouble getting shots in large numbers, their finishing abilities have let them down. Luckily, the Columbus back line has been on fire, not allowing a goal in 405 minutes.
Meanwhile, SKC comes into the match in first place in the Western Conference and seek to make up for their own lack of finishing, drawing 1-1 in Minnesota despite 24 shots and 10 on target.
This could end up 0-0 or 5-4. Either way, it’s gonna be a good one.
Honorable mention: Houston Dynamo v NYCFC
