Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanić says “you never know what could happen” when asked about the chances of him joining Paris Saint-Germain.

Pjanić has been one of the form players in Europe this season and a crucial cog in Juve’s Scudetto winning machine.

The Bosnian international has often been linked with a move away during his time in Turin and recent rumours suggest he could be a potential summer target for PSG.

And the 29-year-old admits he’s been impressed from afar by the project being built in the French capital.

“PSG are amongst the top eight European clubs,” Pjanić told Canal Football Club.

“They want to go to the next level in the Champions’ League, it is a very big club that would attract any player.

“There is a footballing project, some truly great players and they have this desire to win the Champions’ League. It is a club that is universally respected.”

And when pressed on whether he’d be interested in joining the Ligue 1 champions, the 29-year-old refused to rule it out but insisted he is happy at Juventus.

“Everything is possible in football, I have been in Italy for eight years now and I am at a truly great club in Juventus,” he added.

“In football you never know what could happen. If everyone feels that way inclined, we could speak about a departure, but I am not at all thinking about that.

“I am only thinking about finishing my season and my aim of the next few years to win the Champions’ League.”
