Chelsea centre-back Michael Hector is currently in talks over a permanent move to Sheffield Wednesday after making 39 appearances with the Championship outfit on loan last season.
Hector has one year remaining on his current deal and the Blues are keen to cut their losses.
The 27-year-old joined Chelsea back in 2015 from Reading in a £4m move but has yet to make a single first-team appearance, spending his four years on loan at Reading, Eintracht Frankfurt, Hull City, and Wednesday.
Hector is no stranger to a loan, as the Royals sent him out on loan a whopping 11 times during his six years at the club.
If the two sides can’t agree to personal terms, Fulham and Bristol City are also very interested in the 30-time Jamaica international.
