The Mexican Football Federation are reportedly lining up former midfielder Gerardo Torrado as technical director.
Current director Guillero Cantú will leave his position after this summer’s Gold Cup in the USA and Costa Rica.
And according to a story in Fox News overnight, FMF president Yon de Luisa has already lined up his successor.
Torrado, who played 146 times for Mexico between 1999 and 2013, is ready to take over after the summer.
