Maurizio Sarri has revealed that Callum Hudson-Odoi will be staying at Chelsea this month and “potentially the next window too”.
Bayern Munich have made four bids for the teenager this month – their latest in the region of £35m – despite him never starting a Premier League game.
Hudson-Odoi has even rejected a new contract and handed in a transfer request, but Sarri insists he is going nowhere.
“I am not frustrated with Hudson-Odoi,” he told reporters.
“I am very happy with him but not the overall situation of course. Every big team here in England has the same problem. It isn’t easy to keep young players.
“He is one of the best 18-year-olds in Europe so it is very difficult. The club told me he is out of the market for sure. He is maybe out of the market in July.”
