Bayer Leverkusen’s Kai Havertz finished third (12.4 per cent).

Reus won the Bundesliga Player of the Month award on three occasions and scored 17 goals to go along with his 11 assists despite making just 27 Bundesliga appearances.

The VDV also revealed their Team of the Season, which included both Axel Witsel and Jadon Sancho.

While Witsel was the one pulling all the strings in the Dortmund midfield, Sancho was chalking up ridiculous stats, finishing with an incredible 12 goals and 17 assists.
