Marco Reus: 'Ice-cold' Paco Alcácer ready for Barcelona revenge | OneFootball

Since swapping out Blaugrana for black and yellow in 2018, Paco Alcácer has become a man possessed, scoring 26 goals in his first 38 Dortmund appearances – with 17 of those appearances coming off the bench.

When asked if the Spaniard would be nervous ahead of his Champions League reunion with his former club, Marco Reus completely shot the notion down.

”I’ve had a couple of conversations with Paco. He is coolness personified. It will be a great experience for him and I hope that he can help us get a result tomorrow.

”He’s an important player for us – an ice-cold finisher who only needs one chance to score, which explains his incredible goal record.”

Alcácer said over the weekend that he’s unsure whether or not he would celebrate against Barcelona and also revealed that he was subjected to poor treatment at the club.

Unfortunately for Dortmund, they will be without Nico Schulz (foot), Mateu Morey (shoulder), and will likely be without Łukasz Piszczek (muscular issues).
