Manchester City’s trip to Leicester was a pretty evenly contested affair in the first period but Pep Guardiola’s men went in front on the stroke of half-time in the only way they know how.

A delightful passing move on the edge of the area between Kevin De Bruyne, Raheem Sterling and David Silva saw Gabriel Jesus finish from close range to give his side the lead.

And if you thought that goal was good, wait until you see their second.

Just minutes after Leicester were denied an equaliser by the post, City raced down the other end and doubled their advantage.

After breaking at a frightening pace, Leroy Sané pulled the ball back to De Bruyne on the edge of the box and the Belgian unleashed an unstoppable left-footed strike into the top corner.

That’s his so-called weaker foot, remember. Insanity.
