Leeds United defender Luke Ayling has been spectacular this season and on Wednesday, he was awarded a fully-deserved honour.
Earning 39% of the vote, Ayling has won Decemberâs Championship PFA player of the month award.

While helping Leeds earn two clean sheets and 11 of a possible 18 points, Ayling scored a stunning volley in their wild 5-4 win over Birmingham City and also contributed a pair of assists.
