At West Ham’s Player Awards ceremony on Wednesday night, goalkeeper Łukasz Fabiański was the big winner of the night, taking home a trio of honours.

In addition to winning Hammer of the Year, Fabiański was awarded both Save of the Season and was named Signing of the Season.

Fabianski said: “I’m very happy obviously, and very grateful for all the fans who voted for me.

“It’s something special, especially in my first season here, so I really appreciate all the support.

“I’m just happy that I’ve been able to perform in the way that they can see me as a good goalkeeper.”

The 34-year-old has played every single minute during West Ham’s Premier League campaign and earned seven clean sheets.

The Polish international made 140 saves this season – more than any other Premier League goalkeeper.
