The candidates for the LMA Manager of the Year have been announced with Pep Guardiola going up against Accrington Stanley boss John Coleman.
The League Managers Association have officially confirmed their shortlist of names on Monday evening, with an eclectic mix of characters.
Manchester City manager Guardiola is the favourite to take home the gong, but will be up against Premier League rivals Jürgen Klopp and Burnley’s Sean Dyche.
Championship pair Neil Warnock and Nuno Espiríto Santo are also named, having taken Cardiff and Wolves back into the top division.
Coleman meanwhile, has worked wonders with Stanley, taking them into League One for the first time in their history.
