It’s official – Liverpool have officially made the best start to a Premier League season ever.
Their 1-0 win away at Tottenham on Saturday evening means they now have 61 points after 21 games, having drawn just one game in the entire campaign so far.

Manchester City had previously set the record for the best start to a top-flight campaign, when they went 20 games unbeaten at the start of the 2018/19 season.
Liverpool have now gone one better than that though, and you wouldn’t bet against them keeping that ‘defeats’ column at zero for the entire term.
