Leicester and Wolves to battle for Croatian midfielder

Leicester and Wolves are reportedly set to battle for Maritimo midfielder Josip Vuković.

Vuković has played for four different clubs since 2017, but continues to impress for the mid-table Portuguese outfit.

According to the Mercury, both clubs have sent scouts to watch the 26-year-old this season.

The Foxes already boast an impressive selection of defensive midfielders but could move on Nampalys Mendy.

Wolves, meanwhile, will be hoping to build on their excellent first season in the Premier League by adding depth to the squad.

Vuković is expected to cost between €5-7m.
