Leeds have been tracking Bristol City’s Callum O’Dowda for quite some time, but now turn their attention to one of his team-mates.
According to Sky Sports, the Lilywhites are tracking Josh Brownhill but face competition from Brighton, Sheffield United, and Derby.
Despite the allure of manager Marcelo Bielsa, the 23-year-old is believed to prefer a Premier League move.
Brownhill was one of the bright spots for the Robins last season, scoring six goals and adding four assists in 49 games in all competitions.
Though no fee has been listed, Brownhill is under contract until 2021 and isn’t expected to go on the cheap.
Bristol City barely missed out on the promotion play-offs and finished four points behind sixth-placed Derby.
