Newcastle are winning the race for Inter academy forward Facundo Colidio and have been offered the 19-year-old on loan with an option to buy.
That’s according to a report from Gianluca di Marzio, who claims that any potential deal with the Magpies would also contain a buyback clause.
Leeds United are also said to be very interested in the €8-10m-rated Colidio and are waiting in the wing should any issues come about.
Colidio was purchased from Boca Juniors back in 2017 for €7m but has yet to make a first-team appearance for the Nerazzurri despite training several times under Luciano Spalletti.
Colidio is said to be looking for a move away from the club after not being called up to Argentina’s squad for the FIFA Under-20 World Cup.
