Juventus have reportedly entered the race to sign Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
Ramsey is in the final year of his contract at the Emirates and has yet to agree suitable terms on a new deal.
According to Mail Sport, the Serie A champions will offer the 27-year-old a “lucrative” pre-contract in January in hope of tempting him to Turin.
The report claims that Juventus have a “significant advantage” over other interested clubs as they can agree terms before the end of the season – English clubs cannot.
Free agents have become somewhat of a speciality for the Bianconeri, having brought Dani Alves, Andrea Barzagli, Paul Pogba, Sami Khedira, Kingsley Coman and Emre Can to the club in recent years.
Liverpool and Chelsea could offer Ramsey the chance to stay in England with his young family — but the prospect of silverware and prestige with Juventus could prove crucial.
