José Mourinho has talked up the possibility of Manchester United signing a Brazilian this summer – but has refused to say who.

The Old Trafford outfit have been strongly linked with both Willian and Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Fred in recent weeks.

And the Portuguese tactician has admitted that his side will look to add some Samba stylings to his squad for next term, but has ruled out going in for the Chelsea wide man.

“I think a team without a Brazilian isn’t a team,” he told ESPN Brazil.

“I think their talent is fantastic and the creativity of the Brazilian player cannot be measured.

“I worked with Brazilian players in every team I coached, and I enjoyed a lot.

“Who knows we can have a Brazilian in the squad next year.

“I don’t believe it will be Willian, because Chelsea won’t make it possible.”
