Jesse Lingard is reportedly set to sit down with Manchester United to discuss a new contract.
Lingard only signed an extension at Old Trafford last summer which saw him stay until 2021 and up his weekly wage to €120,000 per week.
However according to the Mirror the 25-year-old is set to discuss a further deal with the club looking to make their academy product feel more valued.
Their story suggests that José Mourinho’s men are wary of allowing the England international’s contract to run down, much the same way that has happened to Ander Herrera and Luke Shaw.
Lingard is supposedly keen to stay with his boyhood club and is looking for wages in the region of €160,000 per week.
