According to the player’s agent, Bayern Munich and Schalke have each made inquiries over 18-year-old Toulouse sensation Jean-Clair Todibo.

Bruno Satin, also the agent of promising Red Bull Leipzig teenager Ibrahima Konaté, stated on Radio Kiss Kiss, “It’s not clear yet (where Todibo’s next move will be), but Bayern Munich and Schalke are among those who are interested.”

The 18-year-old Todibo is most comfortable as a centre-back, but he can also be deployed as a defensive and central midfielder.

He is one of the best young talents in France and has been capped with the French U-20 national team.

Todibo has scored a goal and contributed an assist in 10 Ligue 1 starts for 15th-placed Toulouse this season.

In addition to his stellar play, Todibo has attracted the attention of many big clubs as he has yet to sign a professional contract and could walk away this summer.

However, at just 18-year-old, Toulouse would still be entitled to some compensation should Todibo walk away as a free agent.

In addition to both Bayern and Schalke, a number of teams have already shown great interest in Todibo, including Borussia Dortmund, Red Bull Leipzig, Liverpool, Milan, Juventus, Wolverhampton, Napoli, Inter and Sampdoria.
