Neymar’s return to Barcelona has been on and off more times than Ross and Rachel.
(Do people still get that reference? Ask your parents if not).
Anyway, one day it seems like the deal for the Brazilian is signed, sealed and delivered; the next it seems he is off to Madrid.
But here is the latest from Brazil and the very reliable Globo Esporte.
“The boards of Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain met on Tuesday in Paris, but there was no agreement for the transfer of Neymar … The parties will continue talking in the French capital in the coming days.”
What makes this even more reliable news is the fact that it is being reported by Marcelo Bechler, the journalist who broke Neymar’s move to PSG in the first place.
Primeira reunião de PSG e Barcelona termina sem acordo. A questão é se o Real Madrid irá contra-atacar. Senão, Barça abre dois corpos de frente para negociar um valor abaixo que o PSG pede.

Sounds like it could be time for Barça fans to get excited, no?
