Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has reportedly urged the club to ‘match any bid’ for Real Betis defender Junior Firpo this summer.

Junior enjoyed an impressive 2018/19 campaign for Los Verdiblancos, scoring three goals and assisting four in 33 appearances.

According to SPORT, Guardiola has personally identified the 22-year-old as somebody who could represent the present and future of City.
